TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All of the enclosed tickets (vouchers) have been booked by a Peterpans Agent with various suppliers on your agent's behalf. These suppliers each have their own Terms & Conditions. It is important that you read the relevant & corresponding brochure for each ticket in order to understand the complete Terms & Conditions. If you require additional information to that of the brochure then we recommend that you contact the phone number provided on your ticket (voucher) for further clarification.
TICKETS
These tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and name changes are not permitted. Your responsibilities:
- Open tickets: You must book dates in advance with the individual tour operator as per details provided on your voucher.
- Tickets with booked dates: It is your responsibility to ensure you redeem your tickets on the dates booked. If you wish to change these dates you must organize it with the supplier directly, with adequate notice
- You must reconfirm all booked dates 48 hours prior to travel (minimum guide only): Or as stated on your voucher
As well as the above please do the following:
- Fraser Island self drive trip - please ring the hostel 1 day in advance to advise them of your bus/arrival time for pick-up
- Sailing/Diving Trips - Please call boat office 48 hrs before sailing to reconfirm and then check-in with respective booking office the day before your trip to receive departure details
- It is your responsibility to advise of any dietary requirements at the time of reconfirming your booking -48hours before
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Accommodation, Luggage storage, Credit Card Fees are non-transferable or refundable. Bus Passes are non refundable. We recommend you consult your travel insurance company to claim cancellations or refunds prior to contacting us. Cancellations and/or refunds will incur a 50% cancellation fee plus any costs charged by the Tour Operator. However if a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (Eg.extreme weather), customers may choose to transfer the whole cost of this tour to another tour. A refund or payment may apply in accordance with the transfer. In cases where the customer is unable to transfer, a refund- minus 10% admin fee will apply.

Whereby a customer fails a Dive Medical a Full Refund will apply. Refunds given may take up to 30 days to process. We will pay to the client any refunds received from the individual tour operators less the 50% cancellation fee. Transfers will incur a $30 administration fee.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
As a Peterpans Agent we strongly recommend that Travel Insurance is taken for all travel. It is the personal responsibility of each client to purchase their own travel insurance to cover any liability which may be incurred. As the booking agent we take no responsibility for any such inability no matter what the cause and the client must make their own appropriate travel insurance arrangements to cover those risks that they wish to be insured against.
INDIVIDUAL TOUR OPERATORS
We endeavour to package tours that will meet the client's expectations, however can take no responsibility for any matters that arise with regard to or during individual tours or arrangements with individual tour operators.
We appreciate feedback, albeit complaints or suggestions however can take no responsibility for any loss expense or damage that a client may suffer during any particular tour, accommodation or travel. Any such issues are a matter for each individual operator and the client hereby confirms that they will not hold this booking agent liable in any such circumstance.
We endeavour to package the best value tours available at the best prices but take no responsibility for price fluctuations.
EXTRA COSTS
Most tours have hidden costs and all travelers should be aware that there will be added expenses. These expenses will differ for each tour operator and tour type but some of the more usual extras are:
EMC Tax, Stinger suit Hire, Luggage storage, Sleeping Bag Hire, Linen Hire, National Park Fee, Food, Accommodation, Insurance, Equipment Hire, Petrol Levy.
Check with each individual tour operator when you confirm and reconfirm and be ready for these costs.
All ticket/voucher reissues attract a $20 admin fee
